Schwalbe G-One Bite upgrade?

Between bigger bike trips i use Pirelli P7 32mm on my Grizl 7 al and for the city and weekend rides on asphalt they ve been great.

Now i am planning to bikepack in Sweden and just looked at my stored G-one bites from Schwalbe and the rear profile looks pretty worn down?

Anyway at least i would not feel comfortable to take them on a week-long trip.
So i was looking for a potential upgrade as i did not really like the stock-tires, they always felt a bit slow/sluggish while rolling.

I d like to put on smth between 38-45 or even 50 for comfort on long trips?
But it should be a hybrid for maybe 60% tarmac and 40% gravel.

Anyone having some experience with some tires for this use case?
