I customized a Giant Escaper 1990. But I’m a bit stuck on what to do next. It still feels a bit ‘off’.. any ideas? I maybe want the yellow to come back more often in the details, but yellow bike parts are rare. Opinions?

Yellow bike parts are out there if you know where to find them. Or just paint parts.
