I wet my cycling cap (bald boy here) and froze it during work yesterday as the heat index was supposed to hit near 100 with the humidity where I am. It was a total game changer and stayed cool for like 5ish miles under my helmet
Probably works well if you’re in an area with low ambient humidity. Also if you load your water bottle with ice it’ll help cool you from the inside.
Uhm, ACKSHUALLY, this is a swamp cooler.
