Hello! New to the Brompton world and trying to accommodate my foldable bike for my daily need, I assembled this basket with a front carrier mount.
But I don't know if the fit should be loose as you can see in the video? Is this normal? 🙂
I was thinking to add some sort of tape in the inside of the mount to make the fit tighter.
I do not have any "official"front mount accessories to compare with yet. 🙂

Try to front holder itself if its moving wothout the bag on it? If it is not, than the clip of the bag is not fitting well. In case the holder is moving, try to tighten it a bit.
You can try adding some eva foam tape left and right
It looks like the carrier block itself is solid on the bike, but give it a wiggle to check.
The movement appears to be from the third party element. It is not normal movement with a Brompton bag.
