Saw this on Facebook marketplace for $600. Upgrades include Pelago rack , wald basket, Velo Orange handlebars and a 3 speed IGH. I'm currently riding a specialized sirrus hybrid and looking for a road bike that works for longer rides. Where I live is relatively flat, so I don't think the lack of gears would be a big issue.
This seems like a good bike for me, but maybe a little more than I want to spend? Would 400-500 be a reasonable offer?

Interesting bike. Think you’re right on pricing, wouldn’t really go above 450. Beyond that you can find gravel bikes with disc brakes and… more gears.
This is a very desirable and equally rare bike. Seller can likely get asking price from a Bianchi enthusiast but it doesn’t hurt to ask for a reduction.
I’ve been looking for one of these in my size forever.
