I took advantage of the free camping in Rouen, France, located on an island in the Seine River running through the center of town. There is a bike and walking trail that runs along the Seine, with picnic tables scattered throughout, allowing you to enjoy a nice day taking in the views. I was greatly impressed by the quality of the graffiti art.
