-bigger tires oh my god
-new front rack and basket
-different crank bc these carbon Force cranks are fun and quirky but they make horrible noises and are way too long at 175mm
-fenders eventually, this is my only bike and it gets rainy around here pretty often

other than that it’s perfect. Such a unique and interesting frameset. Super compliant too!
