Those wheels do not cost 380.
I’ve had this exact bike almost a decade ago. It’s decent, but given its age I wouldn’t spend more than 300 EUR on it. Keep also in mind that braking performance is horrible, because it ships with a combination of shifting levers and long reach calipers that is not supported by shimano.

Looks pretty solid for a beginner. You might especially get sick of Sora quickly, but that’s a great sign that you are enjoying it. Have fun!
