Hello folks, I’m Paul from Motorbiking and welcome to this video of this absolutely beautiful Honda Blackbird. Wow, quite unique this one is. It has covered just 18,850 mi in its lifetime. It was an oneowner machine up until April 2025. It then changed hands to the second owner um who had a Blackbird 20 years ago um but realized it was a little bit heavier than he could remember. So he came to us, he part exchanged this machine for something a bit lighter and we’re absolutely delighted to have this bike in our showroom. So it is very standard, very original. It does have the Honda heated grips, but apart from that, it is original. Still got the rear number plate hanger, the original hanger, original indicators. Um, there’s no silly modifications. Uh, of course, it’s in the best color in the black where paintwork is superb. Really, really is. Um, black as some most of you will know um does scratch very easily and it shows even even more. Um, but this one is it’s been cherished. Um, you don’t see any of the swirl marks um from you know polishing enthusiast enthusiastic polishing. It really is superb. Now um this machine has also been maintained by the supplying Honda dealer. Um it has got 16 stamps in the service booklet all by that the same dealer. Um no expense spared. It was last service in um 20 end of 2024. I can’t remember the date exactly but um yes it’s very much up together. Lovely and clean example. Um, as I say, original, you can see some minor stone chipping to those fork legs. Um, it’s going to happen. It is nearly 20 years old, this machine. Um, but the fasteners all lovely and clean, original paint to those engine cases. U, my only criticism of the bike really, uh, there’s a couple. So, just there you got a little dink in the, um, exhaust pipe. I’m sure one can be found in the likes of eBay. Um, and then the rear shock is a little bit messy in there. I say messy, it’s the wrong word, but um, uh, weathered, I think, is the the the correct term. Um, but things like the fasteners, the fixings, all still really good, retaining the original factory finish. Wheels are really good, too. And then we come around to the left side. Again, all lovely and clean. No marks from pillions on the on the bodywork there. This exhaust silences all unmarked. That’s the original chain and sprockets. Um, and further forward again in the nooks and crannies, it’s all super super tidy. Moving around to the right side fairing, engine case. Again, all nice and clean. See the bodywork there is very much unmarked. So, just going over the top of the bike. All lovely and clean in this area. No rips or tears to that seat. Got an HRC tank protector. Top of the fuel tank is very, very good. Again, no marks or any damage, nothing nasty. All lovely and clean in this area. This is polished and lacquered alloy. Um, so they do um fur up, oxidize, and look all horrible, but on this one. And then the top yolk all lovely and clean. No key fobs flapping around in the wind chafing away. And let’s have a listen.
