Not sure how you all feel about flat bar gravel bikes but loving my new 8 Bar. First fully geared bike I have built up, have never done hydraulic brakes or tubeless tires so had to watch some you tube and buy some new tools.

Solid bike. Slap some Koozer gravel wheels on it, throw some billy bonkers on the rims and get a 3D printed saddle. It will make it ride like an mtb off road but send on road. Very fun bike.
