You are yanking up on the bars as you go off which is raising your body then you lean back as you drop and your legs are adjusting for that.

You kinda dead sailor. You aren’t fully popping. You pull all your weight back but never push forward again to get ur rear wheel unweighted so your bike drops down and as a result of that you push your feet down to not loose the pedals. To fix this try to just bunny hop off the drop like you would on flat ground to bring your bike more up into your chest/body and then you can evenly push down on both pedals to land if that makes sence. This is the equivalent to hitting a jump and not popping w your feet and your bike just falls out from under you but it dosent look like that because it’s a drop and you have no vertical emotion. Hopefully that makes sense other wise I can try to explain differently. To help understand look how your feet never go upwards at all.

You don’t pull up on the handlebars before the jump so you pedal after the jump to maintain balance. Plus I think the pants you’re wearing don’t help. Better to wear a tighter garment.

  4. Get lower over the front. think about pushing the bike forward off the drop instead of throwing your body backwards

Honestly you don’t look terrible. I don’t really notice your feet pedaling forward. You’re doing the push technique which is good, and you bring the bike back underneath you. You could get a little lower maybe.

I’d say just keep practicing. It gets smoother with more reps. The push becomes second nature and more fluid, so after a while you’ll be paying attention to spotting your landing and whatever comes after it more than the mechanics of the drop.

I think the biggest problem is that your shorts are just too damn big.
