A nice little 10 day cycle through Belgium and Netherlands, although I might dip Roubaix just to say I'd been in France. It's a nice leisurely stroll and not going to be doing huge miles each day. Looking forward to it.

That’ll be fun! I’d say dip into France! Why not?
nice, just some tips for the NL parts:
from antwerpen, go via “Bergen op zoom” pretty nice town for a visit.
then from rotterdam, make your way to vlaardingen or one town farther, Maassluis, along the river, it’s not very far,then from there go via Delft to Den Haag, it’s a pretty nice route passing through some nice green polders (typical Ductch landscapes)
then at Den Haag, head to the beach (perhaps enjoy it for a bit if the weather allows) and continue north via the Dunes, pretty nice landscapes too, you can basically take the Dune route all the way to Haarlem (also a nice city to vistit) and from Haarlem it’s not far to Amsterdam, maybe even take a little detour via Spaarnwoude.
