first time gluing a tubular and after the 24 hours i inspected the tire again and saw this one piece that looks like it's not 100% sat right is this okay? this is a fixed wheel disc use is going to be for street riding and velodrome use. i used continental rim cement for carbon rims on a continental gatorskin tire. (idk if that helps with forming an opinion)

Spin in on the bike or truing stand. Does the tire spin true? If so you’re good. Its hard to judge visually by line above the bead. Manufacturing is often inconsistent.
