It looks like your pushing into the bike before you even get to the lip and then pulling up as you go UP the lip. Wait to feel the bike compress into the lip and push with you legs back into the forces. That alone should help you pre load the suspension and pop off the lip. You dont really need to pull up at all.

Lean back more. Keep the chest up, and head up too. You could get your nose so much higher if you leaned back.
As you’re leaning back, you’ll naturally pull the nose up and at the same time focus on driving your feet into the transition of the takeoff.
