Looking to pick this up

So I’ve ridden fixed gear only and this will be my first road bike. From some research I saw that the isospeed can have some issues but the seller said he hadn’t had any with his. Just curious if this is a good deal or if there’s anything I should be considering for the price point and experience. I’m not looking to race just looking to do some longer rides and give my knees a bit of a break. Also, there’s some decent hills in the area and wanting to try to push a bit and stomp some hills and also there’s some long flatish trails I want to go explore.
