Hey guys, im currently on Day 6 of my trip through Denmark, im staying in a shelter near skjern tonight and im planning on going by train from there to Tonder tomorrow. But i cant find any information or tickets to go there with my bike. Is there anyone who knows how this works? Any help would be really appreciated as my powerbank gets low.
The trip itself has been great so far, with some big learning curves. I will make a detailed report with pictures as soon as im back home. For now i really need a way to go to Tonder fast because i booked s hotel in advance and there is real bad weather on monday.
I added some Pictures of the shelters and my bike.

  1. https://www.seat61.com/bike-by-train.htm

    > Bikes are carried on all Danish InterCity and some regional trains. You’ll need to buy a bike ticket-with-reservation called a Cykelpladsbillet for 20 Kr (£2.50). You can buy the bike reservation using the DSB app or DSB ticket machines at stations. Bikes go on S-toget (suburban) trains for free, without reservation. More information at http://www.dsb.dk.

  2. This is what I found. It seems you have to buy a separate seat-ticket for your bike.

    Bycycles in DSB trains
Are you bringing your bike, and traveling with a DSB InterCity-, InterCityLyn-, Lyn+ or regional train, then a Bicycle Ticket is mandatory. It costs 20 dkk. regardless of how far you are travelering. You can purchase a Bicycle Ticket in the DSB app, at the DSB ticket machines or at 7-Eleven on the train stations.

It is free to bring bikes onboard the S-trains.
