One wire came out of the hole it was in the problem is it has two wires coming out so I can’t just shove it back in and hope for the best. I also can’t get the rubber grommet thing out to re wire it. What do I need to do? My three year old keeps asking me to fix it and I have no idea how.

There should have been a plastic tool in the accessories box that came with your bike. It’s the same used for Shimano Di2 plugs, so you could try and find it online. Just be aware that there are two diameters of these and you probably have the larger one.
That said, you’ll probably have to replace that wire. So, you may wanna check in with your local bike shop if you find that unfucking ebike internal cabling is too much of a pain in the ass for you.
