  1. Usually, people would get a torx bit that’s bigger than the screw and hammer it in.

    What bike is it? You could take a look at the explosive drawing to get the part number.

  2. It should just be a metric Allen key. The right bit comes with the tool that comes with the bike (at least in Europe).

    If you used the wrong key and rounded the thing, try the standard workaround (tape, rubber,…), but since it’s small, I guess you just have to try to get it out by giving enough pressure on the Allen key. Good luck!
