A work in progress. I picked this up off of eBay for a good price. I've always liked the look of the Carrera Subways. This one has 27.5" wheels and hydraulic brakes.
I changed the saddle and handlebars and added the mudguards and rack with separate basket. It weighs a ton (18kg, but still).
I've just bought a Tongsheng 250W mid-drive that's going to go on it too.
I don't have a long commute, but it'll keep me less sweaty on hot days and more likely to take the bike on shit ones.
