Looking for a used gravel. The seller is asking 700€ for this. Don’t know much about bikes. The frame is older geometry Cicli B, group set is Shimano Ultegra 11 and I think the brakes are Paul MiniMotos. Is 700-650 euros too much for this bike? I feel like the used bikes in my country are a tad overpriced compared to the rest of the EU or US.

The only thing that is good there is its driventrain ultrega. But that also has to be checked if it is in good condition. As the other comments said, I would max give 300 euros for this.
