I'm planning a trip to Triest, driving along the alpe adria route with a small detour along the soca valley. I see people recommending going to Kranjska Gora and driving the Vrsic pass. I'm afraid this could be too time consuming and exhausting for us. So the current plan is to take the predil pass instead. Has anyone done something similar? Would we miss the best part?
