If you buy the Brompton toolkit and attempt to fit it inside the frame of a T Line, you will immediately notice that the frame tube is too wide to hold the toolkit snugly. Don’t worry; there is a work around.
Cut a section of old bicycle tubing about an inch or two longer than the toolkit and slide the tubing completely over the toolkit. For best results, use a 26” tube from a beach cruiser (such as a 26×1.95 or 26×2.25).
If the toolkit is still not snug, double the end of the tube over itself to make it wider.
