Got this bike from a friend and it has been great for my wife. But since she recently got a new bike, this one has been sitting in garage collecting dust. Everything is in good shape.
Does anyone know how much I can sell this bike for? I am in DC region if that helps.

Would say around 300-350. As you’re near a big city you could try pinkbike, maybe attract some people who’ll appreciate it for the RockShox Judy fork.
Give it a wash before listing. Some who love vintage bikes dont love dirty vintage bike.
