Haven't used a sewing machine for years and have never sewn a zipper before. I somehow got it together by winging it. Pretty rough but it will work.
Fabric is ripstop nylon 210D. It's water resistant but I did not use any seam tape so it will get wet in big rain.
The 3D printed fork mounts are my own design, secured by one screw and two zip ties, made from PETG.
I'll be bike packing for the first time in a week weeks on the St. Olav pilgrimage path in Sweden, I'll probably not make it all the way to Trondheim in Norway but I'll go as far as I can with my weak little legs lol.

Nice to have something handmade on the bike. My bike fork also has one screw, could you send close up picture of how you used the zip tie? I am curious about the stability once you load and hit the road.
