You are seeing that right. I’m not sure why the lockout would stop working since I don’t have much experience with cannondale as a whole, but I have ridden that same model of bike and it’s a blast. The Lefty fork looks weird but actually feels really solid. It’s a solid xc / short travel trail bike. Climbs super well even without locking out the suspension, and it’s surprisingly capable on descents.

It’s a high end Cannondale fork that only has one leg.
