I swapped an HG FHB for a MS one, with every other wheel, it is straight forward, but with FSA, it seems I still need extra pieces.
Problem, I can't find the preload thingy (2nd picture), any hack to solve this?

This doesn’t make any sense.
If you had the preload assembly when you had the HG freehub, you would just reuse it with the Microspline setup. Nothing on the non-drive side would change when you swap the freehub (assuming you were using compatible parts).
It looks to me like you have tried to replace the preload system with parts from an endcap-based hub that doesn’t have a preload system, like a DT Swiss hub. If that’s what you are trying: it doesn’t work. You can’t just mix and match parts from different hub designs. Even within a single brand (i.e. FSA), you can’t necessarily interchange any freehub. You need to buy the parts that correspond to the specific hub design / range.

The full service parts diagram that you’ve cropped shows the #18 Microspline assembly substituting for stock parts #14, #15, #16, #17, and #8. Why are you touching the non-drive side?

Either Bike24 messed up or FSA are just crazy to make you buy piece by piece
