My LBS discovered a cracked front derailer while doing some other work on the bike. Everytime I use the derailer I can see the crack "flex". The LBS said eventually the entire derailer will come off. Would Canyon warranty this? Thanks

Pretty sure 3rd party components are covered by their own warranty, which is very limited. You should check with Canyon.
Its covered, they will send you a new frame.
