in a quarter of a mile at the roundabout take the second exit onto St Andrews Avenue a133 so the second exit is ahead on the roundabout sign so the safe bet would be to follow the 12:00 rule of th and approach the roundabout in the left lane unless signs or Road markings indicate otherwise she does this on this occasion it’s good that she holds back until she is sure she can past The Pedestrian Crossing so that she doesn’t risk stopping on it it’s great to see how keeping the car with in the lane on this roundabout not many drivers have good Lane discipline here

  1. πŸŽ‰ I passed my practical driving test today!! With 4 minors. Thank you for your content it’s helped me beyond words πŸ˜‡ (and my instructor of course)

  2. Should have a word with her regarding her distance from the pedals. She is far too far back if she's having to use her toes and outstretched foot to depress the clutch.

  3. Aww I wanted to see how she got on a couple of roundabouts further on at the greenstesd island (or should I say islands), it's such a confusing thing for any unaware drivers, let alone students. It's been a few years but I think it's 6 islands in 1 (5 mini islands all set on the exits / junctions of a much larger island) so you have traffic coming at you in several directions at once!

For anyone interested in seeing what I mean

  4. As trucker in North West mostly on same roads, I still find too many UK roundabouts with much worse lane/ direction arrow/ sign posting for directions .
So do forgive me if I just place my truck across more than one lane ( on bends with long trailer) while looking for a sign for next A road, which may have been taken home by someone as souvenir and local council still waiting for next years budget ( no money from Brussels any more here for basic "development "projects πŸ˜…) or charity collections to put up a new one..πŸ˜… and then we still have to watch drivers of German and Indian Suv drivers trying to drive AROUND POTHOLES TO AVOID DAMAGING THEIR 20 INCH ALLOYS. They should go back to the horse and cart. Safer speed and better for road quality. πŸ˜…
