Hey! Question about Seapot clamps. The one that I got on this bike seems to thread in really far before it tightens. I tried to measure the thread engagement and it’s appears to be far below the recommended 1-2 bolt widths of engagement.
TL;DR- Does this look normal? Is it safe to ride?
P.S. I had some issues with a this new grail, thanks for the help from others on how to get canyon support to respond in a timely manner.
