Wowza! 12 speeds? Shift to the middle of the freewheel and check chain line. I hope it shows straight. Riding any distances with that angle will wear the drivetrain. Check chain wear periodically.

1x drivetrains are just like this, completely normal.

I was just thinking about this on my ride today as I shifted to my smaller chainring to climb a hill. Those 1xs have to have some extreme cross-chaining going on.
