Hey guys I already searched the whole internet and even contacted Canyon support, but so far no luck in removing the rear axle of my 2024 Pathlite ON:9 SUV. On both sides of the bike I loosened those 2 screws of which one in for putting on the adapter for the croozer trailer. Both screw weren’t really hard to screw off either. But how do I remove the axle?
Support told me to use a size 5 or 6 hex key to loosen the axle. But on neither side I’m able fit a key. Size 6 is to big and size 5 doesn’t grip anywhere.
So what’s the point I’m missing here?
