I converted my trusty Kona Unit into a gravel bike, is this xbiking ?
I rode it during a 2-day trip and I loved it. I'm considering going a bit further into the transformation.
I'm probably going to have a few rack mounting points welded.
What could I do more ?

Did you get a smaller frame than usual to compensate the added reach of a drop bar? I’ve been thinking of experimenting on the same thing with my Unit
How is the reach and how is comfort for long days pedaling? I see you have your seat as far forward as possible already, but you can still play w/ a non setback post if necessary.
Also how’s the handling, is it a bit slower steering feeling now?
