Morning all, I’ve had this old hardtail Carrera Vulcan (2019 model) sat in my shed for just shy of a year now and am toying with the idea of converting it into a gravel bike over this winter..
I’d be doing a full strip down, repaint and rebuild on it with hollow tech bb, drop bars and most likely the shimano Claris drivetrain and gears
