The Germans flattened the whole area in WW2 and was replaced with rather uninspiring 1950’s monstrosities! Such a shame because the 1939 photo of this same area showed a beautiful old town that was never rebuilt in the same style but just got rushed through to “ put some up” at the time

Wait till it gets dark when the druggies come out of the shadows along with the alcoholic's!!! My advice for visiting get up early!! The city centre and the Marina are well worth exploring as is the Hoe!!! 🤔🇬🇧☝️

I live in Yealmpton and you can get bus to Plymouth though Brixton plymstock and Plymouth I went to Plymouth so many times so I know the whole tour.
