Not convinced, borrowed a friends cassette and ran it, noise still there.
I’ve retorqued and regreased all motor bolts
Same for linkage
Greased pedals
Tuned gear changes
Still happening
Going nuts
Lbs says this noise is a worn transmission.

Assuming the gears are properly indexed my money would be on the derailleur hanger being out of alignment.
If that is the culprit, your LBS can realign it with a derailleur hanger alignment tool or you can just buy a new derailleur hanger.
Edit: you may also want to use a chain checker to see if the chain is too stretched.
