What year is this Cannondale SuperSix EVO Liquigas, and what do you think it’s worth?

Just picked up this Cannondale SuperSix EVO Liquigas edition – looks and feels almost brand new, barely ridden (around 500 km).
Full carbon frame, Shimano Ultegra groupset, Vision Team 35 wheels.

• What would you value it at today?
