I don’t know id this still counts as NBD as my Endurace already has 1000km on it since April 😀
So I just wanted to share my latest budget upgrades to it.

After seeing here an Endurace with deeper wheels I knew I needed something like that. So I ordered Elitewheels Ent 2 on summer sale and put tubeless tires on it. Unfortunately the Continental GP 5000 were sold out, so I ordered Schwalbe Pro one.
The aluminium frame has now Carbon wheels 😀

Because I also wanted to attempt to train for a triathlon and already had my first sprint triathlon this year, I ordered some aero bars from decathlon.
Another upgrade were thru axles without handles, because I didn’t liked the look of the handles on the bike. But the 1mm pitch of the thru axles made it really difficult to find something non-proprietary, so I just sticked to the original canyon axles.

I‘m really astonished how different and better the bike looks with deeper wheels.
And fiddling with the bike I already caught myself looking for the next bike 😀
The „old“ wheels I will probably use either for gravel tires for daily commuting or just for windy days.
