i was connecting 2 links and i guess was misaligned somehow and now the top part of the link is stuck inside the breaker and i don’t know what to do please help
Well that link is fucked.. try to maybe hammer something through the hole to get the chain out and replace the link.
What I learned on working with chains is 2 things: go slow and rather check twice before pushing things to far. And if there is alot of resistence, something is off.

Hate chain breakers sometimes. Looks like the link might be bent? Do you have a vice clamp? Maybe clamp the breaker in, hold one side of the chain and hit the other with a hammer? Might have to hammer that link straight too. Or maybe stick a a flat head screw driver in threaded hole and hammer the bent link? I dont know man, elbow grease and cursing usually gets the job done

Had nothing but problems with that chain x2 and a friend also did. Do yourself a favor and get a fly tractor chain, best chain any of my bikes have ever had.
