TL;DR: Action Emporium likely sells fake products in categories other than gloves.
I bought some Hirzl GRIPPP gloves from Amazon. I've bought from there before and received authentic items. Pretty straight forward situation. My pair didn't ship from amazon directly, but came from Action Emporium.
I received my gloves today. The gloves are absolutely fake. I call their number and explain. They offered to send replacement gloves. I refused to accept a replacement because I didn't want a second pair of fake gloves. I emailed a picture to their agent of the authentic pair next to the pair I received. They tried to claim innocence.
I gave them an ultimatum: Remove all their hirzl postings on amazon and eBay or I would post here. They told me to go ahead and post here.
I sent a note to hirzl about it and honestly hope they get sued.
