  1. Can’t see any issues from this angle. If you can’t shift to the smallest cog then the cable tension might be too high, or adjustment screw H might need backing out – it should allow the derailleur to go further away to allow for the smallest cog. With properly adjusted H screw even without any shifter cable at all (or zero tension) it should stay on the smallest cog.

  2. I had the same problem. I re-spaced the axel with a 2mm washer to make it clear the sprockets. Technically the wheel isn’t dished properly any more but it’s close enough.

  3. It’ll require changing around the spacers between the cone nuts and lock nuts in the axle. Unless you want to learn to repack hub bearings for which you’ll need specialized tools, I suggest taking it to a bike shop.

Easiest option is to lose the function of the smallest sprocket. Adjust the high limit screw and cable tension so the 12t (second smallest sprocket) is your smallest sprocket, adjust the low gear limit screw so that the derailleur stops at the largest sprocket and accept that your 9s bike has 8 gears (or 10s has 9 gears etc…)
