From the descriptions, this is what they say:
Specialized S Works Tarmac SL4
Carbon frame
Roval carbon wheels
Shimano Ultegra components
Specialized carbon handle bars
Size 56
Specialized S-Works – Shimano Dura Ace Di2 has a frame size 56. The bike suitable for a rider height of 5 ' 5 " – 6' 0".
Both are listed at $2,500, are these worth that on the used market for their age? The sellers don’t know the year of bike and I can’t find much online based on colors.

No not at all, unless is $2500 for both together, then maybe. Also what are you trying to do with the bike? The shiv is specific to time trialing and is not going to be comfortable for every day riding.
I believe that’s a 2012 tarmac, rim brakes and carbon wheels are especially bad when they get wet.
A size 56cm bike is more for people 5’10-6’2” or so. I wouldn’t touch a 56cm bike and am 5’9”.
The [Tarmac is a 2015 S-Works team Saxo colors](https://www.specialized.com/us/en/s-works-tarmac-frameset/p/93252?color=172449-93252). I would not pay 2.5k for it, maybe closer to half that if it was in really good shape.
The Shiv is from a similar era. Worth around a similar amount, maybe a bit more because of the wheels. Only buy a Tri/TT bike if that style of racing is going to be your life long passion. They are a really bad first bike.
At 2.5k the price is just too close to what a new carbon fiber disc brake bike goes for. For example this [Canyon Endurance CF 7](https://www.canyon.com/en-us/road-bikes/endurance-bikes/endurace/cf/endurace-cf-7/3707.html)
