Newbie here—I Inherited this front rack from Public Bikes but the eyelets on my stays seem to be in the least helpful spot possible? Is this just incompatible with my bike?

Looks like it’s designed for a quick release axle, which you don’t have
Looks like the rack is meant for a touring fork that has another set of eyelets in front of the axle
