Looking to purchase an E-bike for my Father. He is rehabilitating after heart surgery. Thought it would be a nice gift when he got home . I would love a good pedal assist system so he could accompany me on 1-2 hour workouts. I currently average 18-20 MPH and live in an area that has zero elevation around. His fitness level is very poor, especially after the surgery . Is it realistic to think that there is an E-bike that would bridge this gap until he slowly builds his fitness?

  1. Look at Specialized Turbo Vado SL, very light, good for fitness and beautiful motors. Doesn’t have a trigger though. Look at Velotric or Lectric for more affordable option.
