Picked this up on a whim a couple weeks ago. Needed quite a bit of work, took it in for a tune and came out with new bottom bracket, chain, full service. Not really sure what direction to take it, I want to cut my costs a bit because of $ spent on the bike and service. Thoughts?

This is properly cool
Not sure which direction to take it? I’d try going west and riding a nice, counterclockwise, mixed surface loop before you head back home!
In keeping with the starter pack post, you def could run an internal gear hub and open up more terrain for bikepacking – I’m just imagining what you could carry with the aerobar 🥹
Awesome great colors on the frame
Take off clip on TT bars
Nice! I have a Baloney MUSS that I built with 650b wheels and it’s a great single speed. I’ve seen another with an Alfine hub and fenders. The Bianchi SS series are fun bikes!
yeah but you gotta take drive side pics
Dude, all the Bianchi Acronyms are so sick. I’ve always wanted a BASS for winter. Where did you find it?
Swap to some riser bars and hot some singletrack with that bike. It’ll be a blast.
Yes yes yes sit on down
I dig this

That is one fine MTB. Yes, full rigid still is rideable on trails and gravel roads. I’m 74 and will still ride full rigid off road. Suspension is a bit over blown. You only need it for gross eroded rock pile roads where even the ATV riders question going down them. As a MTB you don’t need to do anything but go ride it and have fun.
