Doing a frame up build on a Banshee Enigma. Perfect time to ride wrap it before any parts go on.
This will be my 4th frame doing ride wrap. I find the fork pieces can be annoying but my last tailored kit went perfectly.
This fucking time though. I've spent over an hour and can't get the second piece to stick. The seat stays are so curved I couldn't get the ends to stick at all. Tried watering down the solution. Watched a YouTube video which recommended using isopropyl to help. So I tried that and it turned the ride wrap cloudy… Cool, piece is ruined. So I peel it off and it takes some of the frame finish with it…
FUCK RIDE WRAP
On the plus side I don't have to spend the next 8 hours installing ride wrap. Frame us already blemished so just going to send it at this point

Get everything in the right spot and use heat to get the ends. On an alloy frame you can just turn a hair dryer on high heat with no worries
Is that a raw bike? It certainly appears that you are wrapping a raw bike. I have full wrapped complex carbon and painted aluminum bikes before and understand the frustration, but this seems like subjecting yourself to torture for no reason if it is.
I like my bikes getting older and show it. Sure, get 200 less when selling them but they had a life 🤩 Enjoy your banshee! Best bikes ever!!
Flip the camera so we can see the clown face makeup! You are ride wrapping a raw frame and ranting about your poor ride wrap application skills.
