Looking into a refurbished Trek Madone 5.2 (Compact) Shimano 11sp Di2–thoughts for a commuter?

It’s been many years since I have been riding regularly, but I recently moved to a city where commuting to work (about 14 miles each way) along a lake is feasible.

I’ve been biking enough again that I’d like to invest again in a nice road bike to make the ride more enjoyable (so I’m willing to invest in something quality), but I’m trying to avoid something above about $1500 (or just plain buying a bike that isn’t worth the price tag).

Any thoughts on this guy here?
