They might be known as Ram Horns. They have multiple hand positions available.

They are called “rams horn” handlebars. I assume you would mostly use the tops which would put your hands in the same place as the more typical chopper style handlebars.

This is only the second or third time I’ve seen these…no idea what they’re called, but given their being a weird riff on classic ape-hangers, I *have* to believe someone’s given them a memorably crazy name that stuck.

Hold them wherever but itβs likely most comfortable there the brake levers are on the orange one. I remember rams horns but they had more bends. I guess this could be a version but I feel that there was a different name. Maybe butterfly wings or bat wings or paperclip maybe hairpin?
