Is this derailer gear correctly adjusted?

I’ve never quite got it to work properly on mine. (originally had sturmey archer internal hub, swapped it out for a two-speed rear, bought Brompton rear mec & lever from Brilliant Bikes). Doesn’t seem to want to push the chain over enough / springs seem too weak.
