I noticed my suspension was harsh and shifting was no longer working, and noticed the suspension was missing. I cycled back and found these parts on the road. Can I solve this? I think a nut is missing, is that the only thing? If I continue riding without suspension will it void warranty and destroy the frame? Chpt3 p line model.

Ok, searched for the parts online and not understand which nut I am missing. I guess it’s too dangerous to ride without suspension. 🙁
Looks like some part of the plastic is broken, and there’s a piece missing. If you contact the place you bought it, I’m sure they will provide you a new suspension block free of charge, they are also very easy to install.
Do not ride it without first fixing it you will absolutely destroy your frame.

If it’s new then take it to the dealer to be fixed under warranty or contact Brompton directly. Do not ride it before it is fixed.
