Thanks so much for watching. Please subscribe to our channel, like this video and share it with your pedalling pals. Happy cycling!
The first thing to do is to stand over the bike and make sure there should be a few centimeters gap between the top tube and your undercarriage. This particular bike has a step through frame. So, there’s plenty of space here. Right, the first thing we’re going to adjust is the saddle. The first thing we recommend is the heel on pedal method. So, start by by rolling the crank backwards and placing your heel on the pedal. This works well because you cycle with the ball of your foot. So, your legs should be slightly bent in this position. Also, when you’re sat on the saddle, you should be able to reach the ground on your while you’re on your tiptoes. So, as you can see, the saddle is too low. So, I’m just going to ask you to hop off, and I’m going to bring the saddle up slightly. As as you can see, she looks a lot more comfortable on the bike.
